Association of Former Women Soldiers
The Women Bureau Branch of the Association of
Former Women Soldiers is holding a competition on traditional cuisine,
modern cake making, as well as live flowers and fruits arrangement in
conjunction with the formation of the association. It’s taking place at
the association’s Teratak Perwira in Jalan Berakas.
The event, an annual activity of the
association is divided into seven categories including catering for
weddings. Amongst its objective is to encourage enterprising cooks and
bakers develop their skills to operate their very own domestic small and
medium enterprises. Prizes were presented by wife of the Minister of
Culture, Youth and Sports, Datin Hajah Saidah binti Haji Mohd. Said.
