National Disaster Management Centre
will hold workshop on handling risks pertaining to floods
The National Disaster Management Centre will
hold a National Disaster Management Workshop starting on 25th until 27
November. The workshop aims to develop management strategy on handling
risks pertaining to floods. Some one hundred participants will attend
the workshop from 29 government and non-government agencies, including
officers of the National Disaster Management Centre.
In this regard, the National Disaster
Management Centre opens the application to the public who are interested
in attending the workshop. The registration form can be obtained from
the Committee of National Disaster Management Centre, Awang Haji Ahmad
bin Haji Mohd. Daud through phone number 8813995 and email at
hajiahmad995@yahoo.com. The form should be submitted to the committee
before 22nd November 2008 at 12 noon.
